Description
This summer shorts outfit has a ruffled top done in a pink floral on a black background cotton. It closes in the back with Velcro. The shorts are done in a coordinating mini polka dot on a pink background cotton and have an elastic waist for easy pull on. A matching headband and white sandals complete the outfit.
