Description
This pretty spring dress is done in a floral cotton in shades of pink, blue, green, and white on a navy blue background, A blue ‘petal’ overlay in a blue mini floral cotton presents as almost a pinafore and has a fabric flower on the bodice band. The dress closes in the back with Velcro and has fabric ties that create a bow. A matching headband with attached flower with button center in the same fabrics as the dress completes the outfit. Navy blue flats are included.
