Description
This full skirted dress is done in shades of blue, pink, and purple striped cotton. The matching blue overlay is trimmed in pink piping. The hem band is done in the same blue cotton and is also trimmed in pink piping, The dress has self ties that tie at the back and has a Velcro back closure. Pink bow shoes are included.
