Description
This dress is so fun! The dress is made of cotton in a light blue background adorned with bows of different colors. A coordinating bow in red with mini polka dots is front and center. The bucket hat is done in the same fabric with a bank in the red mini polka dot cotton. Red ‘crocs’ complete this look.
