Description
This dress is make of turquoise blue silk-like fabric with tiny sparkles. The overlay is sheer with iridescent tiny snowflakes and is trimmed in a matching blue ribbon. The ribbon also ties around the bodice and is adorned with a white snowflake. The dress has a Velcro back closure. A matching headband and blue turquoise bow shoes are included.
