Description
This dress is a rainbow of colors! The dress is made from glitter cotton with a pattern of stars in many colors. The dress has a tiered skirt and is trimmed in different colors found in the fabric. It has a back Velcro closure and a bow of several color ribbons anchored by a white star sits at the bodice line. Pink sparkle bow shoes and a matching headband are included.
